Sunday, October 19 is Family Day at the
2008 Boggy Bayou Mullet Festival
Family Day, sponsored
by Fort Walton Beach Medical Center and Twin Cities
Hospital, is the festival's only alcohol-free day. No
sales of beer or any other alcoholic beverage is
permitted.
On Family Day, volunteers from Fort
Walton Beach Medical Center and Twin Cities Hospital
sell soft drinks to raise funds for the United Way. The
two hospitals contribute the soft drinks, so every cent
of the purchase price goes to United Way charities.
