Smoked Mullet Dipping Sauce

1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup prepared yellow mustard
1/3 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
3 teaspoons liquid hot pepper sauce
2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Blend the honey and mustard; stir in remaining ingredients.

Heat to boiling.

Makes approximately 1-1/2 cups.

Serve with smoked mullet. A Niceville favorite!  Delicious!
